Corporate/Commercial Senior Counsel

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a multi-billion dollar conglomerate in Saudi Arabia, which has a strong presence within the Middle East region and has established itself as a leading player in the food and beverage sector.

Their growing legal team is now seeking an experienced lawyer who specialises in corporate and commercial law matters. The successful candidate will offer expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on IP, governance, and M&A matters. Candidates qualified from any jurisdiction are welcome to apply provided they have gained 5 or more years of legal experience working for leading international law firms. Arabic language skills and prior experience in the GCC region are not essential but helpful.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Remuneration: 40, SAR pcm to 50, SAR pcm
