Requirements

• 3+ years Travel domain (Corp. Travel) and VIP customer service experience with GDS Knowledge (Preferred Amadeus or Sabre)
• Good communication skills
• Deliver personalized, empathetic, efficient service for high-value clients
• In-depth travel industry knowledge, including domestic/international reservations and fare rules
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and changing priorities with an emphasis on quality, customer service and accuracy
• Possess demonstrated problem solving, decision making and time management skills
