Corporate Solicitor – Inverness or Aberdeen

Our client, a successful Scottish firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its recognised corporate practice in Inverness or Aberdeen. This team has had success in recent years on highly recognised Scottish deals. Work has included management buy-outs to crafting framework agreements for energy supply chain clients.

The role will involve drafting and negotiation in commercial contracts and M&A for a wide range of clients including start-up businesses, private and public companies, and multinationals. The ideal candidate will have between 4- 5 years’ PQE in this area and an expert in managing their own caseload. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.
