Job Description
Job Purpose
- To service & manage Sales & after-sales needs of Small Enterprises & SoHo (Small Office Home Office) segment of Corporate Customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Build relationships and proactively cross-sell and up-sell a full range of Voice, Mobile Data, and ESS solutions to the client base.
- Responsible for Gross adds in the existing base (upselling, cross-selling, referrals, and new VAS solutions sales).
- Retention & churn management (CLM, periodic calls).
- Responsible for Collection management (on call), Minimum 20 daily calls (cold calls, servicing, cross-selling).
- Achievement of regional sales & service targets.
- Ensure smooth customer handling and experience management.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree/ Equivalent
Work Experience
- Preferably 1 Year
