Corporate Senior Associate 6 pqe + sought to join the association office of a global law firm in Riyadh.

The Saudi Arabian corporate market is very busy, with this firm having a lomg-standing and high profile practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with international law firm experience to join an established practice to undertake a broad mix of corporate work. 

As a key part of the corporate practice you will be playing a lead role in relation to transactions covering M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital , along with JV's, corporate structuring etc.

This would be an ideal opportunity for an ambitious qualified lawyer coming from a legal directories ranked law firm in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the GCC or looking to relocate from the UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. Arabic language skills are not required, but would be highly attractive.
