Corporate Sales Specialist

What You'll Do
Identify, prospect, and engage with corporate clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, L&D teams, business heads, and decision-makers.
Understand client learning and business requirements, and recommend customized corporate training and certification solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and virtual/client meetings to present solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close enterprise deals.
Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and handover for delivery.
Work closely with the Learning Solutions, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create tailored client proposals.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining healthy sales pipelines.
Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
