Location: Great Lakes Management (GLM) Senior Living Communities Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday Pay: $42-$45 per hour

This role plays a key part in supporting clinical excellence, quality assurance, and staff development across our Assisted Living communities.

About the Role

This position travels between GLM communities to provide RN coverage and support during staff transitions, vacations, or leaves, and assists with skills training, service delivery audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
