Job Title: Workplace Concierge

Roles:- 2 x Part Time Roles available

Shift Patterns:- Role 1 - 07:30 - 12:00 - Monday - Thursday

Role 2 - 12:00 - 16:30 - Monday - Thursday

Candidate's must be able to cover additional shifts when required

Candidate's must be a UK National

Hourly Rate: £12.71 NMW
Weekly Hours: 16 Hrs per week

Main duties
To act as the first point of contact for Thales at Crawley, ensuring a professional, efficient and customer focussed environment is maintained at all times
Support all areas of Front of House as and when required; to include, Reception, Meeting Room & Floor Management, Administration, Hosting visitors, Escorting duties and hospitality / refreshment requests
Liaise with the Mitie FM and Thales Key Stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure visit requirements are communicated and pre-mee...
