Corporate Partner

The role

As a senior member of the team, you will have a range of duties and responsibilities to ensure the overall success of the Corporate team. In addition to typical fee earning duties, you will assist the Head of Department and other Partners with the future strategic direction of the department. You will have operational input into decisions that affect the Corporate team. You will also play a key role in supervising junior members of the team and assist them with their day to day enquiries and caseload.

• Mergers, acquisitions and disposals


• Due diligence and disclosure


• Investment agreements


• Shareholder agreements (and articles of association)


• Succession planning


• LLP/Partnership arrangements


• Share restructuring/group reorganisation


• Share options (including EMIs)
