A telecommunications company in Memphis is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team on an immediate basis. This individual will support business operations by partnering closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales team and vendors, while assisting with a variety of corporate, contract, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Review, redline, and assist in the negotiation of commercial contracts and vendor agreements.

+ Partner with internal sales teams to facilitate timely contract execution and address contract-related inquiries.

+ Track and manage contracts throughout the entire lifecycle, including maintaining organized records and monitoring key dates and obligations.
