  Job Description 
  POSITION SUMMARY  
 This position will report to the Associate General Counsel, with regular interaction with the Chief Legal Officer and VP-Tax, and serve as critical legal support for PrimeSource.
  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
  Work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and Associate General Counsel to provide support for a wide variety of business functions.
  Work with teams across the Company, such as Tax, Finance, Human Resources, Treasury, Information Technology, Global Sourcing and Sales on various projects and initiatives.
  Maintain list of Officers and Directors and liaison with Tax Department to file annual reports.
  Draft written consents and monitor domestic and foreign entity compliance.
  Liaison with various departments to resolve regulatory and compliance matters.
