Compensation: $55,000–$60,000 base salary + quarterly performance bonuses (total compensation potential up to $71,000–$88,000 annually)

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage (employer covers ~75% of employee premiums), 5% 401(k) match with Roth option, paid time off starting at 3 weeks annually (accrued from day one), separate sick time, quarterly bonus opportunities, and additional performance-based incentive trips.
