 :At Regions, the Corporate Loan Document Review Specialist reviews loan documentation and system set up. Document review ensures that loans are being documented in compliance with approvals and Regions’ Commercial Loan Policy, Commercial Loan Documentation and other applicable processes/procedures. The primary function is to protect the interest of the bank by ensuring all loans are booked and documented following all compliance, federal and state regulations. 
Primary Responsibilities
Reviews document in AFS/LIII, ACLS and Total Systems II (TSYS) for system validation to mitigate customer, compliance, and/or vendor tracking, as applicable
Completes a detailed document review of document via iWAVE Workflow
Ensures loan documentation is complete and accurate according to State and Federal regulation and Regions’ Commercial Loan Policy, Commercial Loan Documentation and other applicable processes/pro...
