Corporate Legal Advisor United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a qualified Corporate Legal Advisor to support our clients in company formation, restructuring, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in UAE commercial laws, free zone regulations, and offshore structuring.

Responsibilities :

• Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, MOAs, and legal documents
• Advise clients on UAE commercial laws, nominee structures, and corporate governance
• Ensure legal compliance for company registration and restructuring
• Liaise with free zones, DED, and other government authorities

Requirements :

• Law degree with 3+ years’ UAE corporate law experience
• Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
