Job Description

Responsibilities:
Management of your own portfolio of Soparfis in the areas of mainly real estate and private equity
Ongoing day-to-day legal support for your client portfolio from incorporation to liquidation
Ensuring an in-depth knowledge of your client files
Preparing and conducting board and shareholders´ meetings 
Liaising closely with notaries and international law firms
Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
Participate in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6)
 Requirements: 
You hold an university degree in Law 
You have at least 4 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar role
You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
You have the ability to provide efficient, timely and courteous service to our clients
