Corporate Lawyer

Ricoh is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide legal services for Ricoh Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of legal functions, including corporate governance, contracts, NDAs, litigation, public tenders, and data protection.
• Draft, review, and negotiate local contracts across all legal areas.
• Support senior group lawyers by delivering high-quality work within set deadlines.

Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer.
• Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents. Experience in IT environments is an advantage.
• Language proficiency: Portuguese (fluent) and English (excellent verbal and written communication skills). Spanish is a plus.
