Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Law)
• Specialization in commercial law, labor law, corporate or contractual law (one of the above sufficient)
• Minimum of 4-6 years professional work experience
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Professional English level (B2/C1)
• Experience in a law firm or in a legal corporate department
• Extensive experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial and labor contracts
• Demonstrate a keen ability to issue spot sensitive legal and business concerns, including a strong sense of when to elevate (and not elevate) such matters to internal partners
• Client management experience
• Team management experience
• Strong attention to detail
