Corporate Lawyer – 2-4 PAE

Career making role for a smart, adept and flexible Associate or Senior Associate seeking a top-end corporate advisory team with strong transactional matters.

With high end transactions including acting for interstate listed entities/public M&A, local Adelaide pre-eminent businesses and even massive off-market deals, this is a stand-out position on offer. This role will expose the successful Senior Associate to a caliber of work ordinarily associated with the Eastern States, but only available in a couple of local firms.

To be considered you will be a switched on, highly technical Associate or Senior Associate with at least 2-4 years PAE in a highly reputable corporate team.
