Corporate Finance General Manager

Responsibilities

1. Corporate Financial Strategy

• Develop and execute the company's corporate finance strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Advise the Board of Directors and Executive Management on financial matters, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
• Drive long-term financial planning and value creation initiatives.
• Evaluate business expansion, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), divestments, and strategic investments.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and strategic targets.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decision-making.
