The firm specializes in advising entrepreneurs and owner-managers on maximising their equity value through sales to strategic acquirers in a value range of £10m to £250m.

A Corporate Finance Executive or Manager is now required to join the team to support a range of sell-side deals.

The ideal candidate will be 0–2 years qualified ACA or ACCA and keen to build a career in Corporate Finance Advisory. You will most likely have trained and qualified in Audit and ideally have around 6 months to 2 years' experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Restructuring, and be seeking a strategic career move into Corporate Finance...
