**Position Overview** The primary purpose of this position is to demonstrate excellence in customer service to offsite warehouse facilities, in house project managers, vendors and supporting departments throughout the requisition to purchase order creation process.

**You will contribute by:**
+ Issue Purchase Orders: Independently analyze Requisitions and issue PO's on designated 'Issuing days'. Monitor team mailbox and CMMS for PO requisitions. Review each request for appropriate costs, GL account coding accuracies, appropriate financial approvals and place orders as needed. Conduct timely follow up on all issues and inquiries.
+ Approve Invoices: Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures; Conduct level one approvals by validating receipts, comparing invoices to original purchase orders, prices, ter...
