About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or other relevant disciplines.Proven experience with prior buy-side experience or in advisory backgrounds such as Investment Banking, M&A, or within a relevant division of a Big 4 (Transaction Services, Valuation/Business Modelling, M&A and Corporate Finance), preferably in a technology, software, SaaS, AI, or IT services context.Solid exposure to M&A and strategic transaction processes, including opportunity assessment, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess strategic fit, value creation potential and risks.Structured, pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex information, manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in lean, fast-moving environments.
