Portföyünde yer alan mobil ve fixed müşterilere ait çağrıları ve e-mailleri karşılamak.
Müşterinin bilgi, işlem ve şikayet taleplerini karşılamak. İlk kontakta çözümlenemeyen şikayet ve taleplerin takibi için gerekli aksiyonları almak ve ilgili ekiplere yönlendirmek. Kayıtların hedeflenen sürelerde çözümlenmesini sağlamak.Outbound çağrı ile düzenli olarak
