🚀 We’re hiring: Corporate Legal Counsel (Remote | Preferably Pune)

Oyster Shield is growing, and we’re looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our global legal operations team.

This is a remote role, ideally based in Pune, working with private equity (PE) and venture capital (VC) backed companies, as well as fast-growing organisations, across the Europe, UK, US and India.

You’ll work at the intersection of law, business, and operations, supporting software-driven organisations on:

• SaaS and technology contracts
• Commercial negotiations and deal support
• Privacy, data protection (including GDPR), and compliance
• ESG and governance initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations
