Corporate Controller

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $125,000.00 Annually

Full-time, permanent position for a Corporate Controller in the Accounting Department at our Leamington office.

What You'll Do:

Assist with credit applications

Monitoring all bank accounts on a daily basis to report cash position to the VP of Finance

Review monthly bank reconciliations, relying heavily on Payroll, Accounts Payable and Purchasing

Maintain oversight of financial transactions and account activity

Provide banks with consolidated financials of the previous month on a monthly basis

Communicate with banks, clarify transactions and answer queries

Ensure all postings are verified and posted to correct accounts

Lead the month-end close process, preparing reconciliations and ensuring revenue/expenses are posted correctly

Handle confidential financial matters with government bodies (e.g., ROEs, BDO)
