Become a pivotal leader at Verve Senior Living as a Corporate Controller. This role centers on financial accounting, reporting, and overseeing full-cycle accounting in an 18-month contract.
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, the Corporate Controller is vital for managing financial tasks across our corporate entities. You will prepare financial statements, manage budgets and forecasts, and enforce compliance with internal policies. Your expertise in Canadian accounting principles will ensure our financial health and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop accurate financial statements per ASPE requirements
• Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll functions
• Prepare year-end financial statements and notes disclosures
• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting for corporate entities
