Corporate Business Development Manager

Based out of our Hamilton office, this newly created role is a key driver of growth across the Waikato through to Wellington region. Focused purely on new business acquisition, you will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and champion fleet leasing solutions to organisations that may not yet understand the benefits of the model.

This is a true hunter role, responsible for generating new customer partnerships, increasing vehicle deliveries and driving sustainable revenue growth. Working proactively in the market, you will leverage networking opportunities, industry associations and targeted business development activities to build a strong pipeline.

Success in this role will come from your ability to open doors, influence decision‑makers and position yourself as a trusted advocate for the fleet leasing industry across both private and government sectors.
