Texas Instruments (TI) is actively seeking an Audit Manager. In this role, the Audit Manager is responsible for managing the internal audit function within an organization.

Corporate Audit is TI’s internal audit function and reports to the TI Board of Directors’ Audit Committee and the CFO. The team’s mission is to identify and communicate key risks before they have an impact on TI. We accomplish this by conducting objective and efficient audits, using the most innovative and technology driven audit approaches, and by being flexible and responsive to changing risks and priorities.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Lead and manage a team of 3-5 auditors
+ Assess, review, and report on the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting based on well thought out risk assessment and test work conducted in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
