A leading international law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate to join its highly regarded Tokyo team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3+ PQE Lawyer to join a top-tier international platform advising on complex cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, strategic investments, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters involving Japan and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

The team acts for major corporates, financial institutions, insurers, private equity sponsors and other sophisticated clients on high-value domestic and international transactions. The role would suit a common law-qualified Lawyer, including England & Wales, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong or similar, with strong technical training and a genuine interest in Japan-related transactional work.
