Job description

An International law firm with a first class corporate practice are looking to appoint a Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE) to the team. The practice is known for providing advice to creative sectors such as tech, media, sports, fashion and hospitality.

This appointment sits within the firm's corporate and private equity practice and clients will include tech businesses, cutting-edge start ups and also clients from fintech and medtech industries.

This is a general corporate role which will include cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures and more.

Applicants will have experience of general corporate work and have experience at an International law firm.
