Corporate Advisory - Chartered Accountant

Walter Advisors is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Corporate Advisory team. Job Responsibilities

Debt Syndication:

• Documentation : Prepare required documents for debt syndication and work with banks and financial institutions to get approvals.
• Client Interaction : Collect necessary information from clients and their teams for debt syndication.
• Credit Rating Support : Help clients with credit rating processes to improve their financial status.
