Corporate Accounting Manager (Vancouver)

Our highly valued construction/development client is looking for someone to join their growing team as the Corporate Accounting Manager. The organization works with investors to acquire brand new, high‑quality and cash flowing investment properties as well as building affordable housing projects across BC and Alberta by partnering with non‑profit organizations, municipalities and government housing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the group entities
• Prepare tax returns and tax working papers
• Prepare weekly corporate cash flow
• Assist in the preparation of tax planning deliverables (3 Year Forecast, Quarterly Forecast, Tax Losses Carryforward Chart)
• Assist in preparation and tracking of corporate budget and overhead expenses
• Assist in preparation of insurance applications
• Prepare monthly asset management packages including Budget vs. Actual, Cash Flow ...
