Job Description

• Defining and establishing the needs, baseline and reference for Culture of Quality initiatives through timely and relevant conduct of relevant social, demographic, focused‑group studies, and data analysis.
• Achieving mature Level Culture of Quality (using applicable metrics as defined by the organization’s leadership) through effective, timely and efficient design and development of initiatives coming from conducted analysis.
• Ensuring effective, timely and efficient implementation of culture of quality behavioral programs by conducting trainings, learning sessions, project management and communications to build work environment and mindset that prevent quality escapes, i.e., to provide customer protection
