Job Description
The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in underwriting, analyzing, and executing data center investments and assisting with capital markets activities for their existing and future assets. This individual will be responsible for financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and transaction execution, supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate finance and a keen interest in the evolving data center market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct financial analysis and underwriting of potential investments, including acquisitions, developments, and dispositions, with a focus on data center assets.

Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV, sensitivity analysis) to evaluate investment opportunities.

Support capital raising processes including both debt and equity.
