Become a vital part of Copper Mountain Resort's IT team as an IT Support Specialist in Frisco, Colorado. This year-round, full-time position focuses on system administration and technical support.
As an IT Support Specialist Level 1, you will be responsible for maintaining the resort's IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing server environments, and delivering exceptional customer service to staff. You will contribute to ongoing improvements in IT processes and systems, playing a key role in enhancing employees' productivity and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot technical issues for various systems
• Manage Windows Server administration and Active Directory
• Assist with ticket resolution in the IT system
