You are a manufacturer-certified Copier Field Service Technician (or have equivalent industry experience) with strong technical expertise and a passion for solving problems. Experience servicing Ricoh products is preferred. You excel at diagnosing and repairing equipment, work independently with a high level of professionalism, and are committed to delivering legendary customer service. Your strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset enable you to provide reliable solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
