To provide leadership and co-ordinate Subdivision Supervisors and supervise/inspect subdivisional construction works to ensure a high standard of workmanship is achieved.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide leadership for the Subdivision Supervision team, mentor, develop and support direct reports, and other staff in collaboration with the Manager Infrastructure Delivery. 
• Prepare budgets for the unit and update resource plans monthly to ensure resources are utilised in the most efficient way within the budget....
