• Assist in creating solutions for assurance engagement teams for future work by considering capacity and skillsets of colleagues
• Collaborate with engagement managers on timelines and needs
• Make timely changes to schedules as needed
• Assist other team members with prioritization and challenges
• Proactively advise Resource Manager and Planning of resource constraints or capacity
