The Coordinator of Leasing & Compliance assists the Director of Leasing & Compliance with overseeing new account management, Chapter/House Corporation onboarding, sublease management, membership compliance, and related administrative functions. This role involves ensuring compliance with SAE F&H policies, managing member accounts, and serving as a key point of contact for Chapter members and guarantors.

Primary Responsibilities

• Chapter/House Corporation Onboarding
  • Assist with New Account Management and Chapter Onboarding.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new Chapter Members to the Revela database.
• Sublease Management and Compliance
  • Review and manage subleases and compliance of Chapter Members.
  • Assist in Sublease Forecasting and Chapter House occupancy reporting.
