Job Description

DP World Fremantle is seeking for Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Coordinator. This position is to provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the Engineering department, ensuring optimal customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills, who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering excellent administrative support and customer service.
Key Accountabilities
Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with HS&E programs and promptly reporting any hazards or incidents.
Handle procurement and financial processes, including raising PRs/POs in Maximo, managing invoicing, and supporting accounts payable.
Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance and major repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
