Job Summary
We are seeking a Coordinator, Leaves to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. As a Coordinator, Leaves, you will be responsible for administering LOA programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing support to employees and managers regarding leave and health & welfare benefits. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or HR, 2+ years of experience in LOA administration, and knowledge of U.S. LOA regulations. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and must be able to build collaborative relationships across teams and work overtime or weekends as needed.
