The On-Site Human Resources Coordinator (OHRC) serves as a key liaison between employees, supervisors, and HR leadership to support a wide range of human resources functions. The OHRC is responsible for addressing employee concerns, guiding compliance with HR policies, leading onboarding and exit processes, and contributing to a positive and compliant workplace culture.
