In this full-time role reporting to the Manager of Guest Logistics, you will be pivotal in coordinating guest transfers and operational processes. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will help manage logistics effectively while directly impacting guest satisfaction. You will collaborate with diverse teams to facilitate top-notch service and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate guest transfers to CMH staging areas
• Manage administrative guest transfer tasks
• Communicate and process transportation-related inquiries
• Oversee on-coach food and beverage offerings
• Resolve guest inquiries with a solution-focused approach
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• 1-2 years in a relevant office setting
