We are recruiting for a Band 3 Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our Interim Care Team at University Hospitals Dorset (UHD).

Our well-established and highly regarded team provides an early supported discharge service across two sites: Bournemouth Hospital and Christchurch Hospital . We support patients who are ready to leave the acute hospital setting but require additional help to regain and optimise their independence at home.

The service is therapy- and nursing-led, with a multidisciplinary team that includes Coordinators, Community Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Nurses. Within the team, we currently have one Band 4 Coordinator and two Band 3 Coordinators.
