As Technical Director, you will provide leadership to our studio members, including guidance for less experienced team members.

You should be passionate about the design process, from initial concepts to construction completion, including technical detailing and site inspection.

You will have international experience working on various projects.

You will collaborate with colleagues across Gensler, including other Design Synergy leaders, and project stakeholders at all levels.

As an active contributor to weekly Technical Director meetings, you will bring concerns and issues for discussion, and transmit decisions and information discussed at the meetings back to your studio.

Additionally, as part of the Regional and FirmWide Realization teams, you will be a resource for project teams in different offices working on projects in your jurisdiction.
