- Degree in foreign trade, engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Bilingual (required).
- Proficiency in software tools that help maintain accuracy in warehouse movements.
**KNOWLEDGE OF**:
- Define shipping instructions and assign trailers for routes in Eastern and Western Canada
- Send weekly shipping forecasts to the carrier (TA) for driver scheduling.
- Ensure on-time crossings for shipments to Canada
- Send bills of lading (BOL) for each shipment to the carrier (TA).
- Track delivery status daily using a master file to obtain year-to-date visibility.
- Ensure timely pickup in Pharr to maintain on-time delivery to customers.
