The Cooling Specialist is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing all cooling systems, refrigeration units, cold rooms, and related electrical and mechanical equipment in the packhouse. This position also oversees general maintenance activities across the packhouse, ensuring that control systems operate efficiently and that downtime is minimized.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Refrigeration Technician, Electrical Trade Test, or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience in refrigeration, cooling systems, or packhouse maintenance.
• Experience with agricultural packhouse environments preferred.
