Job Summary



We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook / Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team in Singapore. In this role, you will support daily kitchen operations, assist in food preparation, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and food quality are maintained.



Job Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, and basic cooking)

• Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in accordance with food safety standards

• Support stock management, including stock rotation and inventory checks

• Assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations



Job Requirements

• Relevant culinary qualification is an advantage

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
