What's on offer?
- 5 days over 7, hours between 6am to 6:30pm - but flexibility for earlier starts is required
- Hourly pay £13.54 , rising to £23.56 per hour for weekend work
As the Cook/Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, presenting, and serving menu items to customers while adhering to Health and Safety practices and Food Hygiene Regulations. You will also provide direction to Catering Assistants in the preparation of menu items.
Your responsibilities as a Cook/Chef will include, but not limited to:
- Organise chill and freezer storage while maintaining cleanliness
- Use all equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain hygiene standards in all food preparation, production, and holding areas; complying with food hygiene regulations and HACCP policy
