Essential Functions
+ Assembles and prepares ingredients for cooking by cleaning and cutting.
+ Follows standardized recipes, calculation ingredients based on weight and volume.
+ Records temperatures correctly on temperature log sheets. Responsible to replace food items that do not fit standards.
